1.1 Trading Data (Primary Function)

Our extension accesses and processes your COMC trading data, including:

• Purchase history and prices
• Sales history and prices
• Card descriptions and set information
• Transaction dates and item IDs

Important: Your purchase, sales, credit and inventory data is only downloaded when you click "Refresh" in the extension. Separately, if you create a price watch or a saved search, the extension checks those specific COMC pages in the background about once an hour while Chrome is open, using your existing COMC session. It never checks anything you did not add, and you can pause or delete watches at any time.

1.2 Support Information (Optional)

When you submit a support ticket, we collect:

• Name (required)
• Email address (required)
• Subject and message content
• Extension version and platform information

1.3 Technical Information

We automatically collect:

• Extension version number
• Browser platform information
• User preferences and settings

2. How We Use Your Information

2.1 Trading Data

• Calculate flip analytics and ROI

3. Data Storage and Security

3.1 Local Storage

All your trading data, costs you enter or import, watches, saved searches and alerts are stored locally in your browser (IndexedDB and Chrome extension storage). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to us. We operate no servers that receive it. Fonts and all code are bundled with the extension, so opening it makes no network requests other than to comc.com when you refresh or when a watch is checked.

3.2 Support Data

Support ticket information is processed through Netlify Forms and stored securely on their platform. We do not maintain our own database of support requests.

3.3 Data Retention

• Trading Data: Stored locally until you clear browser data or uninstall the extension
• Support Data: Retained by Netlify according to their privacy policy

4. Third-Party Services

4.1 Netlify

We use Netlify Forms to process support ticket submissions. Netlify's privacy policy applies to data submitted through their forms.

4.2 COMC

Our extension accesses data from COMC.com using your existing login session: the purchase, sales and store credit CSV exports, your inventory page, and, for watches and saved searches you create, the item and search pages you chose. We do not have access to your COMC credentials or account information beyond what those pages contain.

4.3 Extension permissions

• storage, unlimitedStorage: keep your data on your device.
• tabs, scripting: read your COMC inventory page and, when COMC's bot protection blocks a background download, load the page in a background tab.
• alarms: run the hourly check for price watches and saved searches.
• notifications (optional): show a desktop notification for an alert, only if you enable it.
• Host access to comc.com: download your exports and read the pages listed above. penthousegrove.com: only used if you submit a support ticket.

5. Your Rights and Choices

• Access: You can view all data stored locally through Chrome's developer tools
• Delete: Use "Clear All Local Data" in Settings, or uninstall the extension, to remove all locally stored data
• Notifications: Desktop notifications are off by default and only enabled if you turn them on; you can revoke the permission in Chrome at any time
• Control: Choose when to refresh data by manually clicking the refresh button
• Opt-out: Do not submit support tickets if you prefer not to share contact information

6. Data Protection

We implement the following security measures:

• All data processing occurs locally on your device
• No sensitive data is transmitted to external servers
• Uses Chrome's built-in security features
• Regular security updates and code reviews

7. Children's Privacy

Our extension is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the extension and posting the new policy on this page.

9. International Users

This extension is designed for use by COMC users worldwide. Data is processed locally on your device and may be subject to the laws of your jurisdiction.
